Domestic shipping

  • Shipped with Australia Post.

  • Standard post $9

  • Express post $12

  • Orders will be processed and shipped between 1 - 3 business days.

  • Please ensure you fill out your details correctly, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.

International shipping

We currently only ship domestically within Australia.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns & exchanges on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order receipt.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or earrings.

  • You will be responsible for arranging to have the item (s) returned to us and for any costs incurred.

  • Returns must be shipped by trackable postal service, as we cannot offer credit on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us.

  • We will process your refund once we receive your return item (s) and you will be notified by email.

Return Cost

  • A Shipping and handling fee of $9 will be charged for all return and exchange orders.

  • A 6% fee will be charged for all return orders placed using Afterpay.
